Albert with maintenance did a great job with installing a new light in my kitchen. He found out the problem was the ballast instead of the bulb, brought back a new ballast and now the light works great. Very respectable

I have stayed for 7 months at Villa Valencia Orlando. I have enjoyed my stay. Office manage and staff make you feel like you are the only resident and you are home. Very nice and lovely people. Publics, Wall Mart, Wells Fargo, Wawa and U-Haul, Valencia Collage are just minutes away. I recommend living at Villa Valencia Orlando to anyone looking for a nice, safe and close to most if not all what you need.
